The goal of this web site is to provide a very accurate portrayal of what the
experience of working with the Atlanta Basement Construction & Design Team is
from start to finish.
Our Estimate
We calculate the exact cost of labor and materials to complete the build out.
We test for presence of radon in the basement.
Our Build Out Process:
Construction is initiated upon execution of detailed contract including
architectural plans and custom design specifications.
All framing, HVAC installation, plumbing and electrical are installed prior to
inspection(s). ALL mechanicals and framing personnel are present for
inspection(s).
Site updates are e-mailed to homeowners three times per week. Basic
construction is guaranteed to be complete within 8 weeks.
Our Clients:
Our clients are persons who have received several estimates for their basement
build out and have legitimate questions about the disparity in the cost basis
between the various quotes. They appreciate the detail involved in formulating
the estimates we submit and the plans, specifications and construction contract
from which we work. They are confident in the skills and experience of our team
and they are comfortable communicating with us at all times during the project.
They are kept informed and up to date through e-mail and have any of their
own phone inquiries or requests for changes addressed promptly. The contract
is followed exactly as outlined, and there are no unexpected charges as we
cover all contingencies on the front end of the estimate. All change orders are
in writing and confirmed via e-mail.
We respect our clients and their property. Our clients appreciate our attention
to detail, professionalism, and creative designs. We have a lengthy history and
extensive documentation of having 0-3 minor adjustments called for at
inspections on sites involving more then 1000 construction elements. We are
100% available to all inspection personnel throughout the project.
In 2008 we began recording our clients and their projects as they unfolded.
Several of our homeowners have signed a release allowing us to upload the
chronology of their projects to our web site. Many of our clients are available to
speak to individuals in detail about the experience of working with our team and
allow such prospective clients to visit their job sites. Our work speaks for itself
and we're proud to show it.
